This is due to our courier increasing the price and rising costs of packaging materials.

We have incurred multiple increases from our delivery partners over the past 8 or so years, and have been absorbing the costs of this.
However, we can no longer sustain this. Therefore we appreciate your understanding that postage and shipping will have to increase.

The website will calculate the correct postage per order depending on weight, size and location
You will recieve a despatch email including tracking details. If you have a left a message with instructions for your parcel to be left safe, this is at your own risk and responsibility. We will not be held responsible for missing items where you have specified they can be left.

Orders are dispatched from stock, usually within three working days.

Delivery time is normally 1 - 2 working days for standard UK mainland after dispatch notification, however this service is not guaranteed. For all other UK locations, you should expect to receive within 5 working days of dispatch.

The delivery charges below apply to standard sized parcels.

Postage and packaging charges are calculated using gross weight or volumetric weight (whichever is greatest) of an item which includes all associated packaging. Not the net weight.

Oversized or heavy items such as stock cages and triple wire cages incur a different rate which will be calculated during checkout
